We use beef selected for the right fat-to-flavor balance. Preparation and marination are done daily; we never use leftover products.

Yes. Our wrap and portion meats are prepared fresh every day, served throughout the day under control, and nothing is carried over to the next day.
How many grams are your portions and what do they include?
Menu options from 100–200 g are clearly listed. Wrap, bread and plate portions are served with sides. We keep portions honest and balanced.
